CCN was created by a core group of seasoned telecom executives sharing a common belief that Network Functions Virtualization heralds a paradigm shift in wireless. The company was launched to accelerate LTE and IMS network revenue through fast and cost-effective deployment of cloud based NFV solutions. With its current offering of IaaS fully managed packet core, IMS, content delivery and applications, CCN offers MNOs the most comprehensive and innovative solution. CCN’s corporate headquarters, hosting facility and NOC are in Boca Raton, FL with additional offices and hosting facilities in London.

 Emin Gurdenli

Emin Gürdenli – Chairman

Emin has spent the past ten years in executive roles within Deutsche Telekom’s T-Mobile business in Europe. He has over 30 years combined experience in telecommunications spanning R&D, start-up, operations, strategy, JV and mergers.
Emin created the Network Sharing JV between T-Mobile and Three and launched one2one, one of the World’s first 1800 MHz GSM radio networks.

Adam Crane – CEO

Adam is an accomplished entrepreneurial executive with over 20 years of proven success in various telecommunication endeavors; as a vendor, an operator, and a service provider.
Adam has start-up expertise with Redknee (IPO in 2007) and WSI (acquired by Syniverse in 2009).
 MartinGuilfoyle

Martin Guilfoyle – Chief Architect and Strategist

Martin holds over 30 years of experience in telecommunications and wireless networking. He has designed and built numerous GSM Networks within the US. He built the first global roaming hub which generated millions of dollars in revenue for his clients. Leveraging this vast technical experience, Martin has been instrumental in developing NFV fundamental concepts.

Martin is a former CTO for a GSM carrier and the founder of Wireless Solutions International Inc. (WSI) which was acquired by Syniverse Technologies. Martin has served on multiple advisory boards and acts as an advisor to numerous startups.

David James – Head of Engineering and Planning

David has 30 years experience in Telecommunications and 20+ years of that is in mobile. David has long term experience in major European mobile group in senior technical roles. He has wide ranging consulting experience in mobile, specialising in network economics, mobile startups, MVNOs, network sharing & consolidation
Andreas

Andreas Hipp – Board Member

Andreas was the Founder and Group CEO of Epsilon Global Communications, which includes Epsilon service provider and Cataleya technology businesses. During his 18 years in the global telecoms community he has contributed to the evolution of the international markets and technologies, creating innovative businesses, and disruptive business models. He loves technology but people even more and what technology can or must do for them.
